During your (FREE) discovery call, we'll discuss any initial questions you may have, as well as what your hopes are for nutrition therapy. I'd love to get to know you better, hear a little bit about your story, and assess how we would work best together.
Initial Assessment

The initial session is an in depth assessment of your food/health/body image history leading up to this point. We'll dig in to many of the questions from my initial client paperwork, and spend time getting to know each other. Together, we'll create a plan that will best serve you throughout our work together.
Follow-up Nutrition Counseling Sessions
30-45 min | $60.00-85.00
Follow-up sessions are essential for developing skills and receiving tools to improve behaviors and thoughts surrounding food and body image. Each session I will assess progress, answer questions as they arise, and together we will evaluate and set new goals for continued improvement and confidence.
I do not accept insurance at this time, however I am an out-of-network provider meaning I can provide you with a detailed Superbill to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I also accept HSA and FSA cards, as well as all major credit cards. Sliding scale available.
